四川省大竹县连续4年鼠情监测结果分析

【摘要】 目的了解大竹县不同生境鼠类密度、种类构成、季节消长和数量变化情况,为制定防制方案提供科学依据。方法采用夹夜法,每个生境每次布鼠夹300夹以上,晚放晨收。城镇、农舍普通居民住宅每个房间布一夹,超过15m2的房间布两夹;农田沿一定生镜每5 m布一夹,监测点半年内不重复布夹;并统计分析监测数据。结果布鼠夹43 814夹次,捕鼠2 704只(8个品种),平均鼠密度为6.17%。主要优势种为四川短尾鼩、褐家鼠、小家鼠、黑线姬鼠。不同生境不同年份平均鼠密度差异有统计学意义(χ~2=40.10,P<0.05)。结论基本掌握了大竹县不同生境鼠类密度、种类构成、季节消长和数量变化。

【Abstract】 Objective Dazhu County rodents density,species composition,seasonal fluctuation and the number of changes,to provide a scientific basis for preventive scheme. Methods By night trapping method each habitat each 300 traps above cloth clip,later collected in the morning. Town,farmhouse ordinary residential each room cloth 1 clip,more than 15 square meters of room 2 cloth clip; farmland along every 5 meters of cloth 1 students mirror clip,monitorin key word: g points within half a year not to repeat the cloth clip; and statistical analysis of the monitoring results. Results Cloth trap 43 814 clip,2 704 rodents were captured( 8 varieties),the average rat density was 6. 17%. The dominant species are short tailed shrews in Anourosorex squamipes,Rattus norvegicus and Mus musculus,Apodemus agrarius. There was significant difference in the average rat density in different habitats( χ~2= 40. 10,P < 0. 05),with statistical significance. Conclusion The basic grasp of Dazhu County rodents density,species composition,seasonal variation and changes in the number of.
