某牌号参茶的大鼠28天喂养试验观察

【摘要】 目的通过大鼠28天喂养试验观察测试某牌号参茶的亚急性毒性。了解参茶对大鼠各项指标的影响,检验其安全性。方法按照《食品安全国家标准》中规定的"28天喂养试验"(GB 15193.22-2014)方法进行,选用离乳大鼠,随机分为低、中、高剂量组及对照组4组,每组雌、雄各10只;实验组以0.4、2、10 g/(kg·BW)的剂量,对照组给予等体积食用水,连续喂养大鼠28 d,对大鼠各项指标进行观察。结果在整个实验期间,对照组和3个剂量组大鼠的生长发育良好、无死亡,整体指标未观察到任何异常行为和体征,各剂量组大鼠血常规(F=0.2 597,P>0.05)、生化指标(F=0.4 328,P>0.05)均在正常值范围内,病理检查与对照组无差异。结论参茶处理组大鼠未见明显中毒症状,其最大无作用剂量(No Observed Effect Level,NOELS)为10 g/(kg·BW),因此可以得出某牌号参茶作为保健食品是安全的。

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the bad influence of ginseng tea to Wistar rat,we tested the subacute toxicity through thirty days feeding study. Methods According to the thirty and ninety days feeding study from "Food Hygiene Standard"(GB15193. 22-2014),80 weaning rats were randomly divided into control,low-dose,middle-dose and high-dose groups,each group included 10 males and 10 females. The dose of experimental groups was 0. 4,2 and 10 g/(kg·BW),and the control group was fed with water. After 28 days,each rat were checked for related indicators. Results Our testes indicated that both experimental groups and control group grown healthy. Abnormal behavior and signs were not obsevered,the blood routine(F =0. 2 597,P > 0. 05) and the blood biochemistry indicators of all rats were normal(F = 0. 4 328,P > 0. 05). Pathological examination of the experimental groups were negative. Conclusion The groups fed with ginseng tea were not observed obvious poisoning symptom. No observed effect level(NOELS) of ginseng tea for rats is 10 g/(kg·BW). So ginseng tea is a safe kind of health-food.
