【摘要】 目的分析河北省2011-2014年确诊的2 513例成人麻疹病例流行特征,为河北省制定控制和消除麻疹的策略提供科学依据。方法收集河北省2011-2014年成人麻疹病例资料,采用描述性研究对相关指标进行分析。结果河北省2011-2014年成人麻疹病例占病例总数的23.08%~47.05%;石家庄、承德、唐山报告病例较多;发病年龄主要集中在23~37岁;发病高峰主要集中在2~5月;职业以农民为主;成人病例中户籍地为非本县区的比例明显高于全人群麻疹病例中户籍地为非本县区的比例。结论在河北省重点地区对外来人员开展麻疹疫苗接种活动是必要的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of 2 513 cases of adult measles diagnosed in Hebei Province form 2011 to 2014,and to provide the scientific basis for the strategy of Hebei Province to control and eliminate measles. Methods Collected adult measles cases from 2011 to 2014,analyzed the relevant indicators with the descriptive study. Results Hebei Province from 2011 to 2014 adult measles cases accounted for 23. 08% of the total number of cases to47. 05%; Shijiazhuang,Chengde,Tangshan reported more cases; age of onset mainly in 23 to 37 years; peak incidence mainly from February to May; to the main farmers; adult cases of residence for the non-county area was significantly higher than the proportion of the total population of measles cases in the domicile of the proportion of non-county.
