【Abstract】 This paper provides a stabilized coding platform which covers the entire coding and multiplexing process. Thus this platform can quickly and comprehensively monitor and analyze the service and device state of signal source,coding,multiplexing,and distributing. After analyzing the information,it estimates fault probability,automatically deletes low-quality signals and switches to normal signals,thus outputing stable and high-quality code stream.更多还原
