细胞间粘附分子-1在肿瘤研究中的进展

【摘要】 细胞间粘附分子-1(Intercellular adhesionmolecule-1,ICAM-1)又称CD54,其属于粘附分子免疫球蛋白超家族(Ig SF)。ICAM-1主要表达于细胞表面,主要功能是介导细胞间粘附。ICAM-1可以稳定细胞膜结构,调控细胞形态,参与细胞迁移、粘附和极化过程。已有研究表明:ICAM-1在肿瘤的发生、发展等多个环节发挥着十分重要的作用;但是,ICAM-1在肿瘤中的具体作用和机制尚不明确,亟须进一步的研究。文章就ICAM-1参与肿瘤发生发展的研究进展进行综述。

【Abstract】 Intercellular adhesion molecule-1( ICAM-1,CD54) is a member of the immunoglobulin( Ig) superfamily. ICAM is a class of biological macromolecules on cell surface in extracellular matrix,which mediate adhesion of cell-cell and cell-extracellular matrix. ICAM-1 plays a very important role in a variety of physiological and pathological processes such as the maintenance of normal tissue structure,the migration of cells,the embryonic development and cell differentiation,inflammation and immune response. Many studies have reported that ICAM-1 plays an important role in the development and progression of tumor. However,the specific mechanism of ICAM-1 involved in tumor progression is not clear and needs further study. In this paper,we reviewed the progress of ICAM-1in tumorigenesis and progression.
