Bt-NPV复配剂对蔬菜害虫的田间药效试验
Experimental studies of Bt-NPV(Bacillus thuringiensis and polyhedrovirus) on two Noctuidaepests in vegetable
【摘要】 利用甜菜夜蛾NPV(Spodoptera exigua NPV,Se NPV)、棉铃虫NPV(Helicoverpa armigera NPV,Ha NPV)分别与苏云金杆菌(Bacillus thuringiensis,Bt)制成复配剂,分别对甜菜夜蛾和棉铃虫2~3龄幼虫进行田间防治药效试验,同时对小菜蛾(Plutella xylostella Linnaeus)、菜粉蝶(Pieris rapae Linne)进行田间兼治。结果表明,复配剂Bt+Se NPV1对甜菜夜蛾幼虫防效,7 d和10 d分别达到78.2%和82.16%,明显高于单剂Bt的防效60.23%和63.79%;Bt+Se NPV1防治白菜田间自然发生的小菜蛾、菜青虫,10 d防效分别达到60.75%、50.58%;复配剂Bt+Ha NPV1防治温室番茄棉铃虫,7 d和10 d防效分别达到63.62%和71.40%,显著高于单剂Bt的防效53.38%和60.78%。由此可见,复配剂Bt+Se NPV1、Bt+Ha NPV1可以有效防治甜菜夜蛾、棉铃虫幼虫,防效在杀虫速度和持续性上明显高于单剂Bt;同时Bt+Se NPV1对菜田的小菜蛾、菜青虫具有一定兼治作用,可扩大复配剂防治蔬菜害虫的作用谱。
【Abstract】 The mixture of Nucleopolyhedrovirus(Se NPV or Ha NPV) of Spodopteraexigua and Helicoverpaarmigera and Bacillus thuringiensis(Bt) is a new biological pesticide which was developed to control several kinds of Lepidoptera insects. The joint control effect was assayed in the fields. Preliminary results showedthat combination of Bt at 2 400 IU/ml with Se NPV(Ha NPV) at 1.6 x105(4.6×105) PIBs/ml could significantly increasethe virulence of Bt against S. exigua(H. armigera). The results showed that the validity of Se NPV(Ha NPV) at 1.6x105(4.6×105) PIBs/ml was better than its Se NPV(Ha NPV) at 1.6 x104(4.6×104) PIBs/ml. In comparison to the single Bt, the mixture enhanced greatly the killing speed and validity to the S. exigua(H. armigera) larvae, and Bt+Se NPV1 waseffective against Plutellaxylostella, Pierisrapae, which had a broad spectrum against pest.
