【Abstract】 Modern graduates of higher vocational colleges generally have bad attitudes such as being passive and pessimistic,being unrealistic and being passive and reliant during job selection and employment,thus bringing about adverse impact on entrepreneurship. There are many reality factors resulting in bad employment attitude of the graduates of higher vocational colleges,such as individual factor,college and university factor,social factor and family factor. Research of the influence of these factors will help eliminate the bad mentality of the graduates of higher vocational colleges during employment and cultivate and form innovation and entrepreneurship intention with positive significance to make the graduates of higher vocational colleges improved in innovation and entrepreneurship ability and success rate and create a bright prospect for employment after graduation.更多还原
