【Abstract】 Every reform of computer technologies will bring great convenience to the human life. Cloud forensics plays an important role in computer cases. Because there are various forms of crime,the criminal cases with the use of computer are also numerous. Accordingly,cloud forensics should not stay on the surface,but should have certain foresightedness,keep up with the pace of the times and make corresponding preparations for possible key problems in the future to perfect the forensics system.
