【摘要】 交通综合执法改革已是交通运输行政执法发展方向。通过分析我国交通行政执法现状,将交通综合执法模式归纳总结为四种,然后建立科学合理的评价指标体系,利用简单关联函数计算各评价指标权重,对交通综合执法各种模式进行一级和二级可拓评价,给出各种综合执法模式评价等级和关联度。根据各种模式的评价结果,为交通运输综合执法改革科学发展给出指导性意见。更多还原

【Abstract】 The reform of traffic comprehensive law enforcement system is the development direction of traffic administrative law enforcement. Through inducting of transportation administrative law enforcement present situation in our country, it ’s summed up in four kinds of the traffic comprehensive law enforcement model; then the establishment of scientific and rational evaluation indicator system,that is calculated of the weight of each evaluation index by simple correlation function to carry out primary and secondary extension evaluation of various modes of comprehensive traffic law enforcement,and give a variety of comprehensive law enforcement model evaluation level and correlation; On the basis of the evaluation results of various models,it’s given the scientific development guidance of the comprehensive law enforcement system for transportation.更多还原
