【摘要】 在小型昆虫玻片制片过程中,由于体小翅软、易于折叠,传统的玻片制作方法难以获得理想的标本。通过增加预封技术,便于整姿并能在最后封片之前使虫姿固定,避免了以往封片时由于虫体移动造成封片效果不理想,从而获得高质量的整体玻片标本,同时又节省制片步骤。该试验以蓟马和蚜虫为材料,采用此改良技术,获得了理想的玻片标本。该方法对于同类小型封片标本的制作,有一定的参考意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the process of glass model technique of small insects,traditional methods difficult to get ideal specimen because every part of the small insect body is easy folding due to their small body and soft wings.By adding a pre-sealing process,our new technique holds the gesture of insects before the final sealing,avoids bad sealing efforts because of insect body sliding,gets good glass model whole slide specimen,and reduces processes.The experiment gets ideal glass model whole slide specimen of thrip and aphid by the developed technique which is valuable to the manufacture of glass model whole slide specimen of all other small insects.更多还原
