高校环境类专业实验室管理多赢模式探索
Explore of the win-win model of university environmental engineering laboratory safety management
【摘要】 从高校环境类专业实验室的特点出发,探讨如何利用有效的机制及创新的管理理念,激发安全管理工作中人员、体制、实验室的最大潜能。在工作人员培养与激励机制、安全培训、研究生管理、导师制的本科生团队、实验室助管、药品管理与环境保护、大型精密仪器管理等方面提出创新举措,将环境类专业实验室管理中存在的问题、各个影响因素有机结合,理顺关系,从宏观的角度建设一种多方互相制约,多方共同受益的实验室管理多赢模式,并探讨了此模式的意义和作用。
【Abstract】 From a standpoint of the characteristics of university environmental engineering laboratory,discusses how to use effective mechanism and innovation of management idea to stimulates the biggest potential of security personnel,system and management of the laboratory’s. In staff training and incentive mechanism,safety training,graduate students,laboratory management,the tutorial system of undergraduate team,laboratory assistant,drug management and environmental protection,large precision instrument management innovation measures are put forward. The problems existing in the safety management and various factors affecting are combined organically,all kinds of relations are straightened out,from the macroscopic level to build a multilateral mutual restriction,multilateral mutual benefit safety management of win-win model,and discusses the significance and functions of this pattern.
