“LED性能表征及应用探索”精品实验课程的设计

【摘要】 基于"第四代LED照明光源"平台载体,按照"一纵三横"设计方案,构筑精品实验课程内容框架。课程内容涵盖LED产业链的上中下游过程,包括LED芯片、荧光粉、灯珠、组件、灯具的光色电性能表征,LED灯具频闪、配光特性测试以及LED驱动、显示屏、LED调光等设计内容,实验类型包括验证型、综合型和设计型。设计了Flash课件辅助预习、PPT理论讲座、交叉实验、开放设计以及课程点评等具体的课程实施环节,既保证有效课时,又保证了课程的深度和广度,促进了不同学院之间的学科交叉融合,提升了学生的科学素养和综合设计能力,效果良好。

【Abstract】 Framework of exquisite experimental course based on "illumination light source of fourth generation"platform carrier,and it is in accordance with the "one column and three crossing"design scheme. Curriculum content included the process of LED industry chain,including LED chips,phosphor,lamp beads,component and light color electrical properties characterization of luminaire. Design content included luminaire stroboflash,lighting distribution test,LED drive,LED display and LED power controlling system and so on. Experiment type divides into three parts,verification test,comprehensive test and design test. The course is designed some concrete implementation links,for example,use the flash courseware to help students make preview,set up the lecture of PPT theory,in the cross-over experiment designed study,open design the experiment and curriculum evaluation. These concrete implementation links can make this course has enough teaching periods,they can enhance the depth and the breadth of the course,promote the integration between disciplines of different institutes and promote the student’s science literacy and comprehensive design ability,it’s application effect is good.
