推荐一个新实验无水冷却液的研制及性能研究
New comprehensive experiment of the preparation and property of engine coolant
【摘要】 在夏季学期的素养培训课程"化学科研基础训练"中开设了一个贴近实际生产工艺的开发型综合实验"无水冷却液的研制及性能研究"。采用正交设计的方法,将有机酸型缓蚀剂、特效缓蚀剂和无机盐型缓蚀剂进行优化复配,筛选出对汽车冷却系统多种金属有全面保护的高性能汽车发动机系统用新型无水冷却液,探讨了防冻剂、缓蚀剂、消泡剂的科学配制方法。经过初步的探索、教学实践、逐步完善,教学成效显著。
【Abstract】 "The preparation and property of new engine coolant"was set up as a research-oriented comprehensive experiment in the course of primary training of chemical research in the summer semester. Application of orthogonal design to optimizing compound of organic acid corrosion inhibitor,special corrosion inhibitor and inorganic salt corrosion inhibitor,is for improving the anticorrosion performance of high-performance engine coolant. Furthermore,the preparation of antifreeze additive,corrosive inhibitor,and defoamer are discussed. A couple of years’ running demonstrates that the high-quality experimental chemistry course is effective.
