浅谈基于PLC变频恒压供水系统的设计实践
Brief discussion on the design of frequency conversion constant pressure water supply system based on PLC
【摘要】 变频恒压供水系统是一种新型高层楼宇供水方式,具有供水质量好、压力恒定、运行可靠、高效节能等优点。在能源短缺和国家倡导节能减排的环境下,对变频恒压供水系统的研究已成为工业自动化控制领域中的重要研究课题之一,特别是基于PLC控制的变频恒压供水系统这一课题经常被选定为高校电工专业的毕业设计课题。学生通过分析和研究得出系统的特性及工作原理并提出有效的控制方案,运行效果良好。实践证明,对这一课题的研究可以进一步提高学生的理论水平和综合实践能力。
【Abstract】 Frequency conversion constant pressure water supply system is a new type of high-rise building water supply with good water quality and pressure constant,reliable operation,high efficiency and energy saving advantages. In the context of energy shortage and national advocate for energy conservation and emission reduction,further research on constant-pressure frequency conversion water supply system has become one important research topic in the field of industrial automation control,particularly subject based on PLC control is often selected as graduation project for electrical engineering department of university. Through analysis and study students get basic characteristics and working principles of system and propose working well control solutions. Practice has proved that the researches on this topic will further enhance students’ professional capability of theory and practice.
