某微细嵌布氧化铅锌矿选矿工艺研究
Study on mineral separation technology of a fine dissemination lead-zinc oxide ore
【摘要】 对某氧化铅锌矿的矿石性质、铅锌物相进行了分析,并进行了粗选、扫选、再磨等条件试验和全流程闭路试验。研究表明:该难选铅锌矿主要矿物菱锌矿嵌布粒度微细,采用两次粗选、一次扫选、粗精矿再磨后5次精选的浮选工艺流程,可获得铅锌混合精矿产品,精矿品位Zn 33.08%、Pb 4.42%,锌回收率69.11%,铅回收率63.04%。
【Abstract】 The lead-zinc oxide ore properties and the phase of zinc and lead were analyzed,and the condition experiments on roughing,scavenging and regrinding and the closed circuit test of full process were conducted.The results show that the disseminated size of the main mineral smithsonite is very fine.The lead-zinc concentrate with zinc grade 33.08%and lead grade 4.42%,zinc recovery rate69.11%and lead recovery rate 63.04%was obtained by using two stages roughing,one stage scavenging and five stages cleaning after the regrinding of primary concentrate.
