非干扰条件下圈养大熊猫正常生理生化指标的测定
Hematologic and Biochemical Reference of Captive Giant Pandas Based on Non-stress Sampling Methods
【摘要】 2006~2015年间,通过驯化,在非麻醉状况下成功采集了114只大熊猫(♀58只,♂56只)2 399份血样进行了50项生理生化指标检测,建立非干扰条件下大熊猫正常生理生化指标参考范围。统计分析发现某些生理生化指标随着年龄的增长表现出显著性差异;酶类指标波动范围较大,个别指标表现出与年龄相关的变化趋势;成年组雌性和雄性大熊猫生理生化指标较幼年组、亚成年组和老年组表现出更多性别相关的差异,临床上需按性别区别对待。受种群健康状况改善、样本数量和采样方式改变的影响,现有的非干扰状态下血液生理生化指标更适用于成都圈养大熊猫种群健康水平的评估,有助于科研工作者保护这一特殊物种。
【Abstract】 From 2006 to 2015,we collected 2 399 blood samples from 114 giant pandas( 58 females and 56 males),which were well trained and cooperative to blood sampling without anesthesia. We tested 50 physiological and biochemical criteria of these blood samples to set up the range of normal physiological and biochemical criteria of pandas under no stress. We documented significant differences in some hematologic and biochemical parameters by age group. Although enzyme values varied widely,some varied by age. Hematology and serum chemistry values for adult pandas showed more significant difference by sex compared with juvenile,subadult and old groups,so the clinical diagnosis of adult panda should consider the gender difference. We developed new references for hematology and serum chemistry values based on the improvement of giant panda groupings,larger samples and new sample collection methods. The data recorded using the new methods were more useful for evaluation of the health status of captive giant pandas at Chengdu and for improving the conservation of this iconic species.
