【摘要】 京津冀协同发展和建立雄安新区重大战略使世界聚焦河北,为河北在更大区域参与生产力布局和产业链重构提供了重大机遇;立足供给侧改革和协同发展视角,推进三次产业协同发展,是河北服务京津、接轨京津、打造京津冀经济共同体的必然选择。通过隶属函数协调度模型对2005—2014年间河北省三次产业的协同发展程度进行测算,发现河北省三次产业平均协同水平为轻度失调,一二、一三、二三产业协同程度分别为轻度失调、基本协调和轻度失调。相较于经济发展总量,地方经济发展质量更多地受到产业发展协同程度的影响。因此,从发展战略性新兴产业促转型、优化产业链条建设和提升服务业水平三个维度提出对策建议。更多还原
