【Abstract】 The action of "Double-dealers" within the Party seriously belies their words,which is the main cause of the decline of the Communist Party,and the breakup of the Soviet Union. The "Double-dealers"not only deviate from the personality of the communists and the nature the Communist Party,but also seriously violates the disciplines of the Party,which will definitely result in the alienation between the masses and the Party.
