【摘要】 从石榴皮中提取植物染料,通过正交试验优化得到的最佳提取工艺为:温度60℃,料液比1∶25,时间25 min,p H=8。以铝盐作为媒染剂对真丝进行预媒染色,最佳染色工艺为:p H=5,浴比1∶50,温度80℃,时间70 min。石榴皮植物染料用于真丝染色时,织物有较好的耐皂洗色牢度和耐摩擦色牢度,对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌有一定的抑制效果,上染真丝的多酚质量分数约为8.61 mg/g。更多还原

【Abstract】 Natural dye could be extracted from pomegranate peel. Through orthogonal experiment, the best extraction process was obtained: extraction temperature 60 ℃, solid-liquid ratio 1∶25, extraction time 25 min, p H=8. The silk was pretreated with aluminum salt as mordant. The optimum dyeing process was p H=5,bath ratio 1∶50, temperature 80 ℃, time 70 min. When the pomegranate peel dye was used for silk dyeing, it had good performance on soaping and rubbing fastness. Besides, it also had a certain inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. The concentration of polyphenols on silk was about 8.61 mg/g.更多还原
