【Abstract】 Head and neck squamous cell carcinoma(HNSCCs) is one of the common human malignant tumors.Its incidence is increasing year by year,but its pathogenesis is still unclear.The current studies have found that the abnormal expression of P27 molecule in the nucleus and cytoplasm play different regulatory roles in various pathological processes including invasion and migration of HNSCCs cells through different signal transduction mechanisms,which affect the prognosis of patients with HNSCCs.Therefore,this article will review the research progress of P27 protein in the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of HNSCCs.更多还原
