【摘要】 目的:探究头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠联合护理在重症监护病房中的应用价值。方法:将2014年1月—2017年1月在我院ICU接受治疗的60例危重患者作为研究对象,并给予随机分组,对照组30例,给予常规治疗;干预组30例,给予头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠治疗,两组均给予相应临床护理,对两组患者治疗前后的葡萄糖、白细胞计数等相关指标以及临床治疗效果进行综合评价。结果:干预组患者治疗后的葡萄糖、白细胞计数、蛋白质等相关指标均显著优于对照组(P<0.05),有统计学意义;且干预组治疗后有28例患者显示有效,占93.3%,显著高于对照组的70.0%,两组差异较大(P<0.05),统计学有意义。结论:采用头孢哌酮舒巴坦钠联合护理治疗ICU危重患者,能够促进患者各项临床指标的改善,有效清除各类病菌,患者的满意度高,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To explore the application value of cefoperazone sobata sodium in intensive care unit. Methods: 60 cases of critically ill patients treated by ICU in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2017 were treated as the study subjects, and the random group was given to 30 patients in the control group for routine treatment. Intervention group 30 cases, cefoperazone sodium shu ba jotham was given in the two groups were given the corresponding clinical care, before and after treatment in patients with two groups of glucose, white blood cell count and related index and a comprehensive evaluation of clinical therapeutic effect. Results: The level of glucose, white blood cell count and protein were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05). Moreover, 28 patients with the intervention group showed effective, accounting for 93.3%, significantly higher than 70.0% in the control group, with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: Using cefoperazone sodium shu ba jotham joint care treatment of critically ill patients in the ICU, can promote the improvement of the patients with the clinical indicators, effectively remove all kinds of germs, patient satisfaction is high, is worth popularization and application.更多还原
