蒽酮-硫酸比色法测定松花粉中粗多糖的含量
Determination of Crude Polysaccharides in Pine Pollen by Anthrone-Sulphuric Acid Colorimetry
【摘要】 优化蒽酮-硫酸比色法测定松花粉中粗多糖含量的条件,并对分析方法进行了验证.实验优化了松花粉粗多糖的浸提时间、浸提温度、多糖的显色时间、显色温度、显色剂的用量等条件.方法的平均加标回收率为98.81%,RSD为2.01%,精密度实验RSD为1.68%,线性范围:16.5-99μg/mL.结果表明:所优化的分析方法准确、精密、简便、快速,可应用于实际样品的检测.
【Abstract】 Optimization of anthracene ketone-sulfuric acid colorimetry to determine the content of crude polysaccharide in pine pollen conditions,and the analysis method is verified.Experiment to optimize the pine pollen polysaccharide extraction time,extraction temperature,polysaccharide chromogenic time,color temperature and the dosage of the chromogenic agent conditions.Results show that the optimization analysis method is accurate,precise,simple,rapid and has been applied to actual sample detection.
