【摘要】 黑老虎为集药、食、观赏等为一体的大型木质藤本植物,十分珍贵。云南的黑老虎种质资源丰富,但野生资源十分稀少,尚未进行人工培育。本文通过从贵州引进由野生变为栽培种的黑老虎分别在昆明和蒙自2地开展引种栽培研究,引种栽培4年中观察黑老虎对环境的适应、生长和生殖的变化。引种试验结果表明,生长1年后的幼藤能耐昆明和蒙自的冬季低温,正常成活;在昆明和蒙自全光照下引种栽培的黑老虎能正常开花结实,幼年期仅有1-2年,后代能育成正常植株。试验结果初步表明,黑老虎在昆明和蒙自露天引种栽培成功,在2地开展黑老虎的人工培育是可行的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Black tiger(Kadsura coccinea),a very precious large woody vines,is used for medicine,food,ornamental. Germplasm resources of black tiger are rich in Yunnan,but the wild resources are very scarce,not yet been cultivated. In this paper,the introduction and cultivation of black tigers from wild to cultivated species in Guizhou were carried out in Kunming and Mengzi,respectively. The adaptation,growth and reproduction of black tigers were observed in four years. The results of the introduction test showed that one year vines were able to survive in Kunming and Mengzi in winter,and the black tiger can blossom and bear fruit under all light cultivation,the young stage was only one to two years. Progeny can breed normal plant. The results showed that the black tigers were introduced and cultivated successfully in open-air in Kunming and Mengzi,and it is feasible to carry out artificial cultivation of black tigers in two places.更多还原
