云油茶5个优良品种苗木抗旱性研究
Drought-tolerance of 5 Camellia oleifera Varieties in Yunnan Province
【摘要】 以5个云南省本土油茶良种——云油茶3#、4#、9#、13#、14#为材料,采用缓慢干旱法模拟干旱试验,对不同土壤含水量条件下各油茶品种的生理生化等指标进行测定,研究5个云油茶品种的抗旱特性,评价其抗旱力。结果表明,(1)随着干旱胁迫的进行,5个品种的叶片组织含水量、叶绿素含量随土壤含水量不断下降而降低;(2)水分饱和亏、丙二醛含量随土壤含水量的下降而升高;(3)脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量、SOD活性、POD活性等指标随土壤含水量的降低呈先上升后下降的变化规律。综上所述,在5个品种中选择出抗旱性最好的品种是云油茶4#,值得大力推广种植。这一结论为干旱时期造林树种的选择提供了理论依据。
【Abstract】 Simulation drought test was made to measure characteristics of drought-resistant physiology with different soil water contents using five varieties of Camellia oleifera( 3#,4#,9#,13# and 14#) in Yunnan province as main test objects. The results showed that: as soil drought stress increased,leaf water content and chlorophyll content decreased obviously,while the water saturated deficit( WSD) and malondialdehyde( MDA) content increased. The Pro content,soluble carbohydrate content,SOD activity and POD activity first increased and then decreased. It was concluded that 4# presented the best on drought-tolerance and should be widely planted among 5varieties. The conclusion provides theoretical basis to tree species selection at drought stage.
