【摘要】 本文以华南理工大学利物浦交换生项目为实例,探讨来华留学特殊项目的管理和培养模式。引入企业管理中"定制管理"的理念,通过设立项目负责人、教师参与观察、定期访谈、持续性问卷调查等方式,根据学生的总体需求以及在不同阶段的实际需求对项目进行定制管理,实施具体教学活动,以此提出构建新的培养模式的设想。更多还原

【Abstract】 With a case study of the Chinese Language Program of the University of Liverpool at South China University of Technology,this paper explores an educational management model for special programs for international students in China.It proposes a new model that includes the following aspects:the application of the customized business management theory,the appointment of the program leaders,the observation and interval interviews by the teachers,the questionnaire survey,the customized management based on the overall and special needs of the students,and the targeted teaching activities.更多还原
