【摘要】 沘江流域存在的主要环境问题:水质及底质重金属污染;历史遗留问题隐患突出;矿山开采造成的水土流失和植被破坏;城市生活污水及生活垃圾处理设施严重滞后;沿岸土壤受到污染。提出水污染治理与生态环境保护对策:强化工业污染源治理;加强矿区生态恢复;开展河道内污染源清理;实施面源污染控制;加快城镇环境基础设施建设;完善生产生活用水系统;提升环境监管能力。更多还原

【Abstract】 The main environmental problems of the Bijiang watershed was introduced covering the heavy metal pollution in water and sediment,high historical pollution risks,water and soil loss and vegetation destruction,lagged infrastructure of domestic sewage and rubbish,and the polluted soil along the riverside. Countermeasures were put forward to treat industrial pollution sources,restore ecology of mining areas,remove the inner pollution sources of rive,control non-point source pollution,improve environmental infrastructure construction,promote water system,and enhance the capacity of environmental supervision and management.更多还原
