【摘要】 针对污染场地修复治理工程专业性强、技术复杂、易产生二次污染的特点,提出环境监理在该类项目中除了执行常规的环境监理职能外,还要发挥对修复施工中各环节技术参数判定、施工要求的监督和把关控制作用,以确保修复目标的实现和有效防止二次污染。提出该类项目在开工前准备、修复主体工程实施、竣工验收几个阶段的环境监理工作要点。建议环境监理在污染场地调查和风险评估阶段(关停、拆迁阶段)就开始介入。更多还原

【Abstract】 Considering the characteristicsofcontaminated site engineering with highly professional,complex technology,and easily producing secondary pollution,it was proposed that environmental supervision should also play the role of identifying technical parameters,supervising,and controlling construction requirement in every process batch in order toacchievetheremediation goal and effectively prevent the secondary pollution in addition to the implementation of routine environmental monitoring functions. The main points of environmental supervision were proposedduring the preparative work,the main remediation process,and the final acceptance of the project.
