【摘要】 近些年来,中国高校的突发事件日益增多,相应的应急处置任务十分艰巨,舆情形势严峻.以2015年云南某高校突发的多起学生死亡事件为背景,在该校进行充分调研后,给出高校突发事件应急处置的有效影响因素体系;然后利用解释结构模型分析有效影响因素的结构特点,得出应急处置工作程序.最后针对高校应急处置工作提出一些建议.更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,there have been more and more emergency events in universities in China. The corresponding emergency disposal tasks are very arduous and the public opinion is in a grim situation.By taking several accidents with deaths of students in a university in Yunnan province as background,we give an effective influencing factors system for university’s emergency response after full investigation this university.We then use the explanatory structure model to analyze the structural characteristics of the effective influencing factors and obtain the working procedure of the emergency disposal.Finally,we propose some suggestions for the emergency disposal work of colleges and universities.更多还原
