【Abstract】 Imidazole moieties were combined to bergenin through the modification on its primary hydroxyl group at 11 position.Then debenzylation was occurred at the condition of Pd/C and H₂ atmosphere.Finally 11-imidazole,11-methyl imidazole,11-ethyl imidazole,11-benzimidazole substituted bergenin derivatives were obtained.And all these 4 new compounds were confirmed by ¹ H NMR and ¹³ C NMR.更多还原
