【摘要】 以建筑学和城市规划的相关理论为基础,同时借鉴其他学科的方法,从实际调查入手,分析其功能价值、美学价值、民俗文化价值,依据黄氏庄园的建筑特色、文化内涵及其现存状况,从建筑遗产保护的角度提出了对建筑物进行修缮维护、对其进行绿化景观设计、视觉景观设计等保护和开发庄园的具体措施,并为保障黄肇熙庄园的保护与旅游开发能顺利进行提出相关建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the related theories of architecture and urban planning as the foundation,and methods from other disciplines,from a practical investigation,this paper analyses function of Huang’s manor value,aesthetic value and value of folk culture,according to Huang’s manor architectural characteristics,cultural connotation and its present situation,put forward from the Angle of architectural heritage protection to repair maintenance,building on the landscape design,visual landscape protection and development of specific measures,and can smoothly put forward the relevant suggestions for the protection of Huang Zhaoxi manor and tourism development.更多还原
