【摘要】 目的探讨膝骨性关节炎患者采取高频超声和X线检查的临床诊断价值。方法选取我院收治的80例膝骨性关节炎患者进行研究,以磁共振检查结果为金标准,对所有患者均采取高频超声和X线检查,统计分析两种影像学检查方法对膝骨性关节炎的诊断准确性及对各类影像学征象的检出状况。结果高频超声对膝骨性关节炎的诊断准确率为96.25%,明显高于X线的诊断准确率71.25%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);高频超声检查对于关节腔积液、滑膜增生、腘窝囊肿、相关软组织及肌腱组织退行性改变的检出率明显高于X线,高频超声检查对于关节间隙狭窄、关节面下骨质囊性病变、关节边缘骨质增生检出率明显低于与X线,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膝骨性关节炎患者采取高频超声和X线检查各具优势,可联合运用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical diagnosis value of high frequency ultrasound and X-ray examination in patients with knee osteoarthritis. Methods Eighty patients with knee osteoarthritis treated in our hospital were selected, and all the patients were given high frequency ultrasound and X-ray examination, with magnetic resonance examination results as gold standard. Diagnostic accuracy of two imaging methods in the diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis and the detection of all kinds of imaging signs were statistically analyzed. Results The accuracy of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis was 96.25%, which was significantly higher than 71.25% of X-ray, and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05). The detection rate of high frequency ultrasound in joint effusion, synovial hyperplasia, popliteal cyst,related soft tissue and tendon tissue degenerative changes were higher than that of X-ray; the detection rate of high frequency ultrasound in joint space narrowing, bone cystic lesions under the articular surface, joint bone hyperplasia were significantly lower than X-ray, the differences had statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion High frequency ultrasound and X-ray examination in the diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis patients have their advantages, which can be used jointly.更多还原
