【摘要】 目的观察舒适护理干预对川崎病患儿的护理效果。方法选取2009年1月至2013年12月来我院儿科治疗的川崎病患儿50例作为研究对象,将所有患儿随机分为对照组和干预组,每组25例,对照组采用常规护理,干预组在此基础上实施舒适护理。对比两组患儿的临床疗效、焦虑抑郁评分及护理满意度。结果干预组患儿的临床总有效率为92.00%,稍高于对照组患儿的76.00%,但两组患儿临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,干预组患儿的抑郁、焦虑评分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的护理满意度显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理干预是一种人性化、个性化的护理模式,有助于提高川崎病患儿的临床治疗效果,并能提高患儿及家属对护理工作的满意度,改善患儿的心理状态。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application effect of comfortable nursing intervention in children with Kawasaki’s disease. Methods Fifty cases of children with Kawasaki disease were selected from January 2009 to December 2013 in department of pediatrics of our hospital and were randomly divided into intervention group(n=25) and control group(n=25). The conventional nursing measures were used in control group, and on this basis, the intervention group received comfortable nursing intervention. The clinical efficacy, anxiety score, depression score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the intervention group was 92.00%, which was slightly higher than 76.00% of the control group, but there was no significant difference between the two groups in the clinical efficacy(P>0.05). The scores of depression and anxiety in the intervention group were significantly better than those in the control group after the nursing(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing is a nursing model of humanization and individuation, which is helpful to improve the clinical treatment effect of children with Kawasaki disease, and can improve the children and family satisfaction with nursing work and the children’s mental state.更多还原
