【摘要】 目的分析三氧化矿物凝聚体在儿童口腔治疗中的应用价值。方法选择本院口腔科2014年5月至2016年5月收治的牙髓病或根尖周炎患儿74例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各37例。试验组患儿治疗中应用三氧化矿物凝聚体,对照组患儿采用Vitapex注射型根管填充,观察两组患儿治疗的成功情况及术后不良事件的发生情况。结果试验组患儿治疗成功率高于对照组,术后不良现象发生率低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童口腔治疗采用三氧化矿物凝聚体作为填充物,可提升治疗效果,减少治疗后的不良现象,促进患儿口腔疾病的痊愈。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the application value of trioxide mineral aggregates in pediatric dental treatment.Methods Seventy-four children with pulpitis or periapical periodontitis treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected and randomly divided into two groups: experimental group(37 cases) and control group(37 cases). The ex-perimental group accepted trioxide mineral aggregates, while the control group received Vitapex injection canal filling. The success rate of treatment and postoperative adverse events were observed in the two groups. Results In the experimental group, the success rate of the treatment was higher than that in the control group, and the incidence rate of adverse events was lower than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the pediatric dental treatment, the use of trioxide mineral aggregates as a filler can enhance the treatment effect, reduce the adverse ef-fects after treatment, and promote the recovery of pediatric dental disease.更多还原
