【摘要】 目的研究左乙拉西坦单药治疗小儿癫痫伴智力低下的临床效果。方法回顾性分析我院2013年5月至2016年5月收治的60例癫痫伴智力低下患儿的临床资料,全部患儿均在我院接受左乙拉西坦单药治疗,观察所有患儿在癫痫、智力方面的治疗总有效率以及治疗3、6个月的IQ值。结果治疗3个月后,60例患儿的癫痫治疗总有效率为96.67%,智力治疗总有效率为93.33%。治疗3、6个月的IQ值明显高于治疗前,且治疗6个月的IQ值高于治疗3个月的IQ值,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在小儿癫痫伴智力低下的临床治疗中,采用左乙拉西坦单药治疗效果确切,有助于控制癫痫的发作,并促进患儿智力发育,值得在临床治疗中推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of levetiracetam monotherapy in the treatm ent of children with epilepsy and mental retardation. Methods The clinical data of 60 cases of children with epilepsy and mental retardation treated in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. All the children were treated with levetiracetam monotherapy. The total effective rate of epilepsy, intelligence, and the IQ value of 3 and 6 months after treatment were observed in all children. Results After 3 months, the total effective rate of epilepsy in 60 cases of children was 96.67%, the total effective rate of intelligence therapy was 93.33%. The IQ value of children at 3 and 6 months after treatment were significantly higher than that before treatment, and the IQ value at 6 months was higher than that of 3 months after treatment, the differences were statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of levetiracetam monotherapy in children with epilepsy and mental retardation is effective. It is helpful to control the seizure of epilepsy and promote the intelligence of children, which is worth popularizing in clinical treatment.更多还原
