【Abstract】 Academic research can be carried out through a variety of formal and non-formal channels. Periodicals are one of the main official channels of communication. Academic journals play an important role as the milestone of knowledge innovation, the arena of research and development, and the transcript of academic life. Therefore, it is highly regarded and participated by the academic circles. Worldwide, periodicals are published by schools and institutions, and professional publishers as well. With the constant derivation and expansion of the knowledge proposition, the types, quantities and prices of academic periodicals are also increasing, which has become a symbol of information explosion and indicators. It is estimated that more than 1500,000 periodicals will be released worldwide by 2015. Periodicals play a very important role in the dissemination of modern culture. Great efforts should be made to create conditions to promote the comprehensive and rapid development of periodicals.更多还原
