【摘要】 为适应社会对高素质数学专业创新人才的需求,2012年起项目组提出"厚基础、重素养、扬个性、求创新"的数学专业人才培养理念,依托5个自治区级课题开展系列探索与实践。创建了地方高师院校"厚基础+重素养"的数学专业创新人才的"151"培养模式;丰富了培养高师数学类学生专业素养的途径和方法;为转型地方高师院校数学专业高素质创新型人才培养模式改革提供支撑和参考,成果已在2016级推广并受到高校同行关注。更多还原

【Abstract】 To meet the social demand of high quality innovative talents of mathematics major, the project team proposed the idea of cultivation for mathematics talents: "strengthening the basic, focusing on attainment, showing individuality, pursuing for innovation" in 2012. Series of exploration and practice were carried out relying on the five Guangxi research projects. By now, we have established "151" cultivation mode of mathematical innovative talents in local normal colleges, enriching the method of cultivating mathematics major students’ professional attainment. This experience and exploration provides reference and support for the cultivation reform of creative mathematics talents in local teachers colleges. Now the research achievements has been popularized since 2016 and attracted attention from peer colleges.更多还原
