预见性护理联合优质护理在输尿管软镜碎石术围手术期的应用效果观察

【摘要】 目的探讨预见性护理联合优质护理在输尿管软镜碎石术围手术期的应用效果。方法选择2014年7月-2016年8月在我科行输尿管软镜碎石术患者75例为样本人群,将其分成观察组、对照组。观察行预见性护理联合优质护理;对照组术前术后采用常规护理,对两组患者并发症发生率、术后焦虑评分及满意度。结果与对照组相比,观察组的并发症发生率、术后焦虑评分明显减少,患者满意度明显提高,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论预见性护理联合优质护理应用于输尿管软镜碎石术围手术期后,可以有效降低并发症的发生率,提高护理质量和满意度,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of foreseeable nursing combined with high quality nursing in the perioperative period of ureteroscopic lithotripsy. Methods 75 patients with ureteroscopic lithotripsy in our department in August-2016 July 2014 were selected as the sample group and divided into the observation group and the control group.Observe the predictive nursing combined with high quality nursing; the control group received routine nursing before and after operation,and the incidence of complications,postoperative anxiety scores and satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated. Results compared with the control group,the incidence of complications and postoperative anxiety scores in the observation group were significantly reduced,and the patients’ satisfaction increased significantly. There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups( P < 0. 01). Conclusion predictive nursing combined with high quality nursing in ureteroscopic flexible lithotripsy can effectively reduce the incidence of complications,improve the quality and satisfaction of nursing,and is worthy of clinical promotion.更多还原
