【摘要】 目的探索拍摄开口正位像的最佳对焦点,指导正畸医师在临床诊疗过程中拍摄出更清晰的照片,同患者进行更好的沟通。方法运用单盲法对各个对焦点拍摄的图片进行比对,主观上选出让口腔临床医师比较满意的开口正位像,并对最具有代表性的图片列表比较。结果对焦点在尖牙区的口腔数码照片与其他图片相比较,开口正位像所反映的口内软硬组织细节效果更佳,在F25及更大光圈条件下尤为明显。结论以DX格式单反相机拍摄开口正位像,在相同设置条件下,选择对焦点于尖牙区,可以更好地满足口腔临床医生对口内细节的表现,达到所需的临床效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the best focus point of intraoral occlusal photography for orthodontics, and guide the orthodontist to take clearer pictures in clinical diagnosis and treatment process, so as to better communicate with patients. Methods A single blind method was used to compare the images taken at each focus point., satisfactory intraoral occlusal photography was selected by the orthodontist subjectively and then comparison of the most representative images were made with a list. ResultsCompared with oral digital photography focusing on other areas, those focusing on canine area achieved better effect in reflecting a detailed oral hard and soft tissue, which is particularly evident if in a condition of F25 or larger aperture. Conclusion Under the same set conditions, use the DX format single lens reflex camera to take intraoral occlusal photography with a focus point of canine area, can better meet orthodontist’s requirements for getting more details in mouth, and reach the required clinical effect.更多还原
