【摘要】 目的分析探讨口腔种植修复在牙列缺损治疗中的应用效果及优势。方法对我院2016年10月~2017年10月收治的92例牙列缺损患者(98颗患牙)进行研究,依据随机双盲法随机均分为对照组和观察组,每组各46例患者(49颗患牙)。对照组和观察组患者分别采用常规固定修复和口腔种植修复治疗,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组和对照组患者治疗总有效率为95.92%、81.63%,两组患者总有效率组间差异具有统计学意义(χ2=5.02,P<0.05);观察组患者治疗咀嚼功能、固位能力、牙齿舒适度以及语言功能评分均分别显著优于对照组,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论牙列缺损患者在临床治疗过程中采用口腔种植修复的临床效果显著,可以有效的提高患者治疗后的固位能力,咀嚼功能、牙齿舒适度和语言功能,更适合临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the application effect and advantage of oral implants in the treatment of dentition defect.Methods 92 patients with dentition defect(98 teeth) admitted from October 2016 to October 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to a randomized double-blind method.Each group of 46 patients(49 teeth).Patients in the control group and observation group were treated with routine fixation and oral implants,and the clinical effects were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of treatment group and control group was 95.92% and 81.63%,respectively.The total effective rate of two groups was statistically significant(χ2 = 5.02,P <0.05) Retained ability,dental comfort and language function scores were significantly better than the control group,the difference between groups was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Dental implants in clinical treatment of patients with oral implant repair clinical effect is significant,can effectively improve the patient’s retention ability,masticatory function,dental comfort and language function,more suitable for clinical promotion.更多还原
