【摘要】 目的观察A型肉毒毒素治疗痤疮性疤痕的疗效。方法选取2015年7月至2016年7月接受A型肉毒毒素注射治疗的60例痤疮性疤痕患者作为观察对象,分观察组（30例）与对照组（30例）。对照组接受CO₂点阵激光治疗,观察组接受A型肉毒毒素治疗,观察对比两组患者临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗总有效率对比无差异[（100.0%）:（100.0%）]（P>0.05）;3个月后,两组患者均无复发患者,复发率对比未见明显差异（P>0.05）。两组患者不良反应率对比无差异（P>0.05）。结论 A型肉毒毒素治疗痤疮性疤痕与点阵激光具有几乎一样的临床效果,且安全性较高,短期内未见复发率,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the efficacy of botulinum toxin type A in the treatment of acne scars. Methods 60 patients with acne scar treated with botulinum toxin type A injection from July 2015 to July 2016 were selected as observation objects,and they were divided into observation group（n = 30） and control group（n = 30）. The control group received CO₂ dot matrix laser treatment,and the observation group received botulinum toxin type A treatment. Observe and compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results There was no difference of the total effective rate between the two groups([100%]:（100%）]（P > 0.05）. After the treatment,the recurrence rate was not significantly different between the two groups（P > 0.05）. There was no difference in adverse reactions between the two groups（P > 0.05）. Conclusion: botulinum toxin type A has almost the same clinical effect in the treatment of acne scars and lattice laser,and the safety is high.更多还原
