水下航行器对转螺旋桨性能预估
Performance Prediction of Contra-rotating Propellers for Undersea Vehicle
【摘要】 据雷-机-桨匹配关系提出适用于水下航行器对转螺旋桨的实航性能预估方法。由螺旋桨投影原理和桨叶型值坐标,建立对转螺旋桨的3D模型。采用结构化六面体网格,结合雷诺时均纳维斯托克斯(RANS)方程和Realizable k-?湍流模型对水下航行器对转螺旋桨实航状态进行数值仿真。根据发动机台架试验值和转矩平衡关系匹配后桨转速,通过调整航行器计算航速使得对转螺旋桨推力与航行器阻力平衡。使用该方法得到的计算值与试验值吻合较好,可以准确预报水下航行器对转螺旋桨的性能,为进一步研究水下航行器对转螺旋桨性能提供参考。
【Abstract】 A method for predicting actual performance of the contra-rotating propeller(CRP) for an undersea vehicle is proposed based on the match relationship among undersea vehicle,engine and CRP.A three-dimensional model of CRP is built according to projection principle and paddle coordinates.A structured hexahedral mesh is used to numerically simulate the contra-rotating propellers for an undersea vehicle in navigation state on the basis of the Reynolds-averaged Navier-Stokes(RANS) equation and the realizable k-? turbulence model.The aft propeller?s rotational speed is matched according to the engine bench test data and the torque balance,and the balance between CRP thrust and resistance to vehicle is gained by adjusting the calculated speed of the vehicle.The calculated values obtained by this method are in good agreement with the experimental values,which implies that the proposed method can be used to accurately predict the performance of the contra-rotating propellers for an undersea vehicle.
