本科生导师制在病理学专业教学中的应用及其效果探讨

【摘要】 目的探讨对本科生在病理学专业教学中采用导师制带教的效果。方法南通大学医学院杏林学院自2013年起在病理学专业本科生中开始试行导师制带教,并对所有学生进行问卷调查。结果绝大多数学生对导师制比较认可,91.8%认为导师制带教效果很好,92.6%对自己所属导师的评价较高,95.1%对导师制的满意度较高。此外,学生遇到问题时也会通过多种方式与导师进行交流。结论导师制带教方式不但有利于培养学生的专业兴趣及进行专业学习指导,还可帮助学生解决生活上的难题,深受学生的欢迎。

【Abstract】 Objective The paper aims to discuss the effect of tutorial system for undergraduates in the teaching of pathology. Method The trial implementation of tutorial system in teaching was started in 2013 for undergraduates majoring in pathology in Nantong University Xinglin College, and questionnaire survey was conducted on all students. Result The majority of students recognized tutorial system: 91.8% of them thought its effect was very good, 92.6% thought highly of their own tutors, and 95.1% were quite satisfied with the system. Besides, the students communicated with their tutors in multiple ways when encountering problems. Conclusion Tutorial system in teaching is not only conducive to cultivating the interest of students in their major and providing them with professional learning guidance but also helpful to solve their difficulties in life, so it is well received by the students.
