【摘要】 目的了解2011年～2016年我国医疗卫生机构服务的情况,为进一步促进社会资本办医提供参考依据和建议。方法基于2011年~2016年我国卫生统计月报,采用数据统计方法分析我国卫生医疗机构、医疗服务等情况。结果 2011年以来,我国促进社会资本办医系列政策的实施,一定程度上激发了社会办医的积极性,多元办医格局日益形成,但民营医疗机构在服务数量、质量、能力水平等方面尚无根本性改观。结论推动社会办医要从解决社会资本办医意愿,有效促进医技人员合理配置与流动,鼓励向城镇社区与农村方向发展等具体政策上予以配套落实。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The paper aims to know the service conditions of medical and health institutions in China during 2011--2016 in order to provide reference basis and suggestions for further promoting hospital running with social capital. MethodData statistics method is adopted to analyze the medical and health institutions in China and their medical service conditions based on the Health Statistics Monthlies of China from 2011 to 2016. Result The series of policies of China for promoting hospital running with social capital implemented since 2011 have motivated hospital running with social capital to a certain extent and facilitated the formation of the pattern of diversified hospital operation day by day; however, there are no fundamental improvements in the service quantity, quality, and ability level of private medical institutions. Conclusion To promote hospital running with social capital, specific policies should be implemented to solve the will of hospital running with social capital, effectively boost the reasonable allocation and turnover of medical technicians, and encourage the development towards urban community and rural area.更多还原
