【摘要】 文章以提升经济欠发达地区县级公立医院服务能力为研究核心,提出了"四优一平"考核指标体系,并在全省范围内进行推广运用。在对"四优一平"考核指标的推广运用实效进行描述性统计分析后发现,经济欠发达地区县级公立医院在医德、技术、服务、机制、费用的"四优一平"指标中都取得了很好的成效。认为"四优一平"考核指标体系可为建立实现大病不出县的可持续发展运行机制提供参考依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 The research core of the paper is improving the service ability of public hospitals at the county level in the economic less-developed areas. The "Four Excellent and One Ordinary" assessment index system is put forward, and popularized and used throughout the province. After the descriptive statistical analysis on the popularizing and using effect of the "Four Excellent and One Ordinary" assessment index system, it is found that public hospitals at the county level in the economic less-developed areas have achieved good results in the "Four Excellent and One Ordinary" index of medical ethics, technology, service, mechanism and expenses. It is believed that the "Four Excellent and One Ordinary" assessment index system can provide a reference for the sustainable development and operation mechanism of treating serious illness without going out of the country.更多还原
