【摘要】 深圳市基于本地实际,创新构建起基本医疗保险、地方补充医疗保险、重特大疾病补充医疗保险三层次医疗保险体系,在参保人数、医疗服务享受人次数、报销比例、医保基金收支等方面均取得了一定成效。笔者结合当地实际,从六方面对社会医保制度本身是否还有改进的余地和空间进行再思考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on local conditions, three level medical insurance system, i.e., basic medical insurance, local supplementary medical insurance, and supplementary medical insurance for serious diseases, has been innovatively built up in Shenzhen. The progress in number of insured people and person-time to enjoy medical service, reimbursement ratio, health insurance fund balance and other aspects have been made.
