【摘要】 目的:分析细节管理措施在肝胆外科管道护理管理中的应用效果。方法:将2015年7月-2017年1月80例肝胆外科患者作研究对象并随机分组。常规管理组按护理常规措施进行管道护理管理,细节管理组应用细节管理措施进行管道护理管理。比较两组管道护理管理满意度;管道护理管理过程责任意识评分、患者健康知识掌握评分、住院时间;干预前后患者焦虑情绪;管道隐患事件发生率。结果:细节管理组管道护理管理满意度高于常规管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);细节管理组管道护理管理过程责任意识评分、患者健康知识掌握评分、住院时间优于常规管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预前两组焦虑情绪相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后细节管理组焦虑情绪优于常规管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。细节管理组管道隐患事件发生率低于常规管理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:细节管理措施在肝胆外科管道护理管理中的应用效果确切,可有效提升护理人员责任意识,提高患者健康知识掌握度,减少管道隐患发生,减轻患者焦虑情绪,缩短住院时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the effect of detail management in Department of hepatobiliary surgery nursing management.Method:From July 2015 to January 2017,80 patients in Department of hepatobiliary surgery were randomly divided into two groups.Routine management group in the pipeline nursing management in accordance with the conventional nursing measures,the details management group in the management of the details of management measures.The satisfaction of nursing management,the score of nursing care management process,the score of health knowledge,the time of hospitalization,the anxiety of patients before and after the intervention,and the incidence rate of hidden dangers in the pipeline in two groups were compared.Result:The satisfaction of nursing management in the details management group was higher than that of the routine management group,the difference was significant,the details management group of pipeline nursing management process responsibility score,patients’ health knowledge score,hospitalization time were better than those of the routine management group(P<0.05),the two groups before the intervention of anxiety was similar(P>0.05),after the nursing,the details management group anxiety was better than that of the conventional management group(P<0.05).The details management group of pipeline hidden trouble rate was lower than the routine management group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of detail management measures in the Department of hepatobiliary surgery nursing management in the pipeline is effective,can effectively enhance the sense of responsibility of nursing staff,improve patients’ health knowledge,to reduce pipeline hazards,reduce the anxiety of patients,shorten the hospitalization time.更多还原
