【摘要】 目的:探讨鼻内镜下鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤切除术的临床应用价值。方法:回顾分析18例鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤患者的临床资料,所有患者均行鼻内镜下肿瘤切除术,其中8例术后采用放化疗等综合治疗。结果:术后鼻内镜及影像学检查证实18例肿瘤全部切除。术后随访1~6年,14例无复发,1例发生全身转移,3例局部复发。结论:鼻内镜下鼻腔鼻窦恶性肿瘤切除术切实可行,具有重要临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical application value of endoscopic surgery for sinonasal malignancy.Method:18 patients with sinonasal malignancy were retrospectively analyzed.They were operated by endoscopic surgery;8 patients received comprehensive treatment of radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy after surgery.Result:Tumors were completely removed in 18 patients with the follow-up time ranged from 1 to 6 years.14 patients showed no recurrence during the follow-up period,1 patient was systemic metastasis,and 3 patients showed recurrence.Conclusion:Endoscopic surgery is an effective method for sinonasal malignancy,has an significant clinical value.更多还原
