【摘要】 目的:探索早期护理干预对维持性血透患者内瘘并发症发生率的影响。方法:选取2015年12月-2016年12月笔者所在医院收治的维持性血透患者82例为此次研究对象,对其进行随机化分组,对照组患者有41例,实施常规护理,观察组患者有41例,实施早期护理干预。结果:观察组患者总满意率(97.56%)、依从性(97.56%)、内瘘并发症发生率(4.88%)均明显优于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:早期护理干预在维持性血透患者中效果显著,可降低内瘘并发症的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effect of early nursing intervention on the incidence of complications in patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis.Method:82 patients with maintenance hemodialysis received and treated in our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the research object,which were randomly divided into two groups:41 cases in the control group were received the implementation of routine care,41 cases in the observation group were received the implementation of early nursing intervention.Result:The total satisfaction rate(97.56%),compliance(97.56%),fistula complication rate(4.88%) of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early nursing intervention is effective in maintenance hemodialysis patients,and can reduce the incidence of fistula-induced complications.更多还原
