【摘要】 目的:分析探究护理干预对乳腺癌患者焦虑、抑郁状态的影响。方法:将笔者所在科2015年10月-2016年10月收治的94例乳腺癌患者为研究对象,且将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组47例患者。对照组患者使用基础护理方法,且护理模式主要为常规护理;而观察组患者使用全面优质护理方法。利用汉密尔顿焦虑量表、抑郁量表来评估乳腺癌患者护理干预前后的焦虑及抑郁情况,并对比分析患者对护理情况的满意度。结果:经评分比较,实行全面优质护理的观察组患者焦虑与抑郁的评分明显高于实行基础护理的对照组患者(P<0.05);且与对照组比较,观察组患者对全面优质护理的评价程度更高,对护理服务更为满意(P<0.05)。结论:全面优质护理服务可以改善乳腺癌患者的焦虑及抑郁情绪,从而提升乳腺癌患者的生活质量,并提升患者对护理服务的满意程度,在实际临床工作中具有较大的应用意义,因而值得在临床护理工作中得到进一步的推广与应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the influence of nursing intervention on anxiety and depression of breast cancer patients.Method:From October 2015 to October 2016,94 cases of breast cancer patients in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,each group was treated with a total of 47 patients.Patients in the control group were treated with basic nursing method,and the nursing mode was mainly routine nursing.The observation group was used overall quality of nursing care.Hamilton anxiety scale and depression scale were used to evaluate the anxiety and depression of breast cancer patients before and after nursing intervention.Result:The scores of anxiety and depression in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).And the patients to the comprehensive quality nursing evaluation degree was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The overall quality of nursing care can improve the anxiety and depression of patients with breast cancer,and improve the degree of satisfaction of patients,can improve the level of quality of life of patients with breast cancer,has great significance in clinical practice,which deserves further promotion and use in clinical practice.更多还原
