【摘要】 目的:评估糖尿病患者认知功能受损的程度及受损的领域。方法:对194例糖尿病患者和156例健康对照者进行蒙特利尔认知功能评价量表(MoCA)及简易精神状态评价量表(MMSE)筛查。结果:整体认知功能评估结果显示,糖尿病组MMSE评分为(28.06±2.14)分,对照组的MMSE评分为(28.51±1.69)分,两组比较MMSE评分差异有统计学意义(P=0.033),糖尿病组MoCA评分为(27.24±1.81)分,对照组MoCA评分为(27.87±1.63)分;两组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.001),其中MoCA的分项测试结果显示糖尿病组视空间与执行能力评分为(4.05±0.77)分,对照组为(4.29±0.62)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.002);糖尿病组注意力评分(5.53±0.93)分,对照组为(5.73±0.44)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.014);糖尿病组延迟回忆的评分(4.14±0.85)分,对照组为(4.39±0.57)分,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。结论:糖尿病患者认知功能明显低于健康人群。糖尿病患者认知功能障碍表现为多认知领域受损,以视空间与执行能力、注意力、延迟回忆为主。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the cognitive function and the different part for cognitive dysfunction in patients with diabetes.Method:Totally 194 patients with diabetes and 156 control subjects were selected.All cases were assessed by the Montreal cognitive assessment scale(MoCA),Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE).Result:The scores of MMSE in the diabetes group and the contrl group were 28.06±2.14 and 28.51±1.69,the difference was significant(P=0.033),MoCA in the diabetes group and the contrl group were(27.24±1.81) and(27.87±1.63), the differences were significant(P=0.001);MoCA in space and executive function,attention and delayed recall in the diabetes group were significant lower than those in the control group(4.05±0.77 vs 4.29±0.62;5.53±0.93 vs 5.73±0.44;4.14±0.85 vs 4.39±0.57),the differences were significant(P=0.002,0.014,0.002).Conclusion:The cognitive function of diabetes patients is significant lower than that of healthy people.The key points of cognition impairment in diabetes patients are space and executive function,attention,delayed recall.更多还原
